1. Do you have a store front?

At this stage we are only online, however we will be doing some pop ups throughout the year.

2. Where do your products come from?

Our products are sourced from around the wrold including Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, United Kingdom, China, Hong Kong, France and Italy.

 3. Do your products come packaged?

Most products come in our signature white boxes wrapped in navy tissue paper and with a navy Apres Home sticker.

 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

 5. Can express shipping be arranged?

Yes it certainly can ! Additional charges will apply.

 6. If an item is sold out will you be getting more?

Some items will be restocked, other unique pieces are one off's.

Please email info@apreshome.com any queries regarding sold out items.

 7. Can I modify my order before it gets shipping?

Yes, please email info@apreshome.com to modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched further charges may apply.

 8. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes for all orders except unique pieces.

9. How will you know when an item has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when the item/s have been shipped.

10. If I place an order when will I be charged?

Payment will be deducted straight away.
